Xtreme Team Facts:

We have all been yearbook advisers. What is better than having teachers to teach teachers! We all have clear credentials and over 42 years of classroom experience.

We offer over 7 workshops and training opportunities in the bay area alone.

Together we have over 55 years of yearbook experience.

Michele advised 9 yearbooks. They were Pacemaker finalists several times and won in 2001. Her books received CSPA Gold Crowns 4 times.

Carla received a Pacemaker Finalist award in 2006, as well as 3 bronze medals, 3 silver medals, and 2 gold medals from Columbia Scholastic Press Association during her years as a yearbook adviser. 

Elizabeth won the Pacemaker Award for the student newspaper she advised in 2003 and was a finalist again in 2004.  Her 2004 yearbook won a silver medal from CSPA.

We are all frequent speakers at the National Scholastic Press Association/ Journalism Education Association national conference.
